Mr. Tolga Babur is an Administrative Resident, Department of Finance at Johns Hopkins Medicine. As a researcher, he is investigating questions related to patient engagement and value in healthcare. His previous research focused on policy and entrepreneurial landscapes for telehealth in the US and several other countries. Prior to joining the MHA program, he attended Duke University, studying public policy, economics, and biology. Tolga is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the Community Outreach Committee within the Maryland chapter.  Mr. Babur has his BS in Public Policy Analysis, Economics, Biology from Duke University.
