Ivory Chang is a Project Manager at CHI. She manages and operates CHI's education initiatives, including the Diversity, Inclusion, and Life Sciences Symposium, the world's leading annual event focusing on diversity and life sciences, and a leading healthcare CEO roundtable. She develops and executes CHI's marketing, outreach, and communication strategies and manages customer relationships. Ivory also led the comprehensive research for diversity and inclusion in healthcare and healthcare challenges in mid-sized cities. Ivory is also a Marketing Executive at Stream, a marketing technology company based in Taiwan. She develops and executes digital marketing campaigns for clients in various industries. Her area of expertise includes marketing, management, customer relationship management, and market research. Ivory received her M.S. degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a Graduate Certificate in Business Data Analytics at Loyola University Chicago and her B.S. degree in Material Science and Engineering from Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.
