The Center for Healthcare Innovation and United Nego College Fund are organizing a special Pre-Summit webinar: for PhRMA members and other industry professionals. The Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Talent Recruitment, Acquisition and Retention for the BioPharma Industry panel discussion features leading academics and university representatives from minority-serving institutions and other universities. Panelists will discuss their views on best practices and recommendations for creating robust internship, fellowship, and career opportunities for historically underrepresented and diverse students. The panel will also highlight successful programs that have yielded additional career opportunities for students. Finally, panelists will discuss how industry and academia can build deeper relationships to optimize the pipeline of diverse students. This panel precedes the student portion of our Pathways to Success in Biopharma Graduate Summit and Career Expo.
